Adhesives Research supports European customers with our manufacturing and R&D facility in Limerick, Ireland, as well as sales and marketing offices located in Great Britain and Germany. Adhesives Research Ireland, Ltd., opened a new 24,000, square-foot, state-of-the-art manufacturing and R&D facility in May of 1999 to provide custom adhesive-coated products throughout Europe and Asia.

This facility is designed to complement those of our corporate headquarters in the United States. The Limerick plant features GMP and clean room capabilities with segregated manufacturing areas for mixing, coating and finishing processes.  Other diverse coating capabilities include web cleaners, online coating and substrate measurement, and slot die and reverse gravure.

Based in Glen Rock, Pennsylvania, Adhesives Research, Inc., also operates a manufacturing facility in Colombia, has sales and marketing offices in Singapore, a representative office in China and sales representation in Japan, Korea and Taiwan.

The custom PSA tapes we manufacture are used around the world in medical diagnostics and devices, wound care, pharmaceuticals/transdermals, cosmetics and personal care products, as well as in the electronics, display, automotive and pulp and paper industries. 

The Company’s North American and Limerick, Ireland, facilities are certified to the updated ISO 9001:2000 standard.
